************************************************

Officer/leader Duties- We will not have just one officer for each of the following areas but we will have an officer for a few of the different areas - Ideally each area will have 2 - 4 officers assisting with it, because as we all know real life really does happen.

Meetings/Agenda:  For either officer or guild meetings as needed - for Gmeeting each officer present should have an area they will report on - assist as needed with creating the agenda.

Promotions - Assist with keeping track of who should be promoted. Have a list ready for guild meeting. If there is a .WV in member note that means they still need to register on vent & website.  Other things Officers look at is activity and participation.

Vent – Setting up & registering members.  Notate officer note if there is a reason they are unable to have vent even if just to listen.

Website – Ensure that all members are registered.  Encourage all member to claim their characters and have updated levels.

Scribe(meeting minutes) - this person needs to be able to attend officer and guild meetings - must be able to take notes quickly and be able to get the minutes out within 2 days (Posted on Forums). This is very important as not all members can attend every meeting.  Post patch notes on the website when available.

Enforcer/Guard - Need to ensure, that people are acting appropriately. Let the other officers in the guild know what is going on when we are not on - ALL officers help with this - and specifically someone who is very level headed and who can calmly defuse situations.

Member Relations/Liaison – Talking to the members - seeing how things are going - if there is a problem this is the person to go to in order to assist with problem solving - what is working and what is not working.

Enforcer: Officer(s) who primarily with speak with any members who maybe causing drama or not following our rules.   Members will be moved to the Oops rank if needed and officers will discuss or if needed the member may be removed completely from the guild.

Auction House and/or Bank Organizer – Wendraz is the guild bank toon.  Any member can mail items here for the GBank.  If items have been in the bank for a period of time will be removed to be placed on the AH and/or vendered.  The sale will go back to the guild bank.  Will also be in charge of checking the AH for any gbank needs.  In charge if ensuring the GBank is organized.  Will report at GMeeting Needs/Balance/Etc…

Door Prizes - Will be presented at the end of the meeting to the winner /roll . - this is for members who are AT the meeting location and ON vent and ON time.  Examples: gems, enchants, flasks, pets, etc. The possibilities are endless (encourage donations for general members).

Lottery - In charge of taking in credits and giving out numbers for the lottery at the guild meetings. ½ goes to gbank and ½ goes to winner, 1 gold/ticket - will then be assigned a number and at end of meeting /roll 1-(however many tickets were sold) the number is the winner.

Farmers/Supplies - Creates/posts weekly shopping list on forums - keeps a list of profession leaders and ask them if they can assist with that.

Profession Leaders - Profession leaders must be on at least every other day in case someone has sent you mats to make something - must be active.  Provide the skills not the mats needed.

Photographer/Video - Takes pics to post on the website of various different kills and events and video if/when possible.

Recruit Coordinator – Look for stand up, mature members for the guild who might fit in well with us.  Ensure they go to the website to register & apply.  Ensure they know who to talk to about getting set up on Vent.  Encourage to check Calendar regularly.  Check in with them over first couple of weeks to see how things are going, and if need remind about vent/website.  Once they have done either or remove the W for website and V for vent from there note.

Guild Achievements/Events – Setting up fun guild wide activities, treasure hunts, farming nights, etc... At least 1x a month - prefer 2xs - schedule on off Raid nights.  Some will have prizes for the winner(s).

PVP Leader - Coordinating guild pvp nights - helping those form groups who would like to pvp to work together. Coordinator PVP matches and work with those interested in Ranked PVP.

Daily Specialist - Assisting members (especially new to level 90) in knowing where the dailies are they need to and maybe run them through a time or two.

Lowbies/alt leader - Within reason - not making it a cakewalk - this is the job for all officers - does not mean you have to do it ALL the time - but take an hour here or there to help someone who is leveling - with in 10 levels of your level - organize lower level runs 2 - 4 times a month - if someone needs help with something try to point them to others who may need the same thing.

Class Leaders: can help or point you in the right direction, for those who need assists with preferred stats, glyphs, rotation, etc...

Gear Coordinator: Assist interested members with what is needed for the runs we are needed.  Where to find out what they need, point them in the right direction.  Stats, Gems, Enchants, Reforging and rotation, as needed.  Know who is ready for which level raids.  Notate the member note with ilvl ### to assist with keeping track.

Raid Leader - Schedule and post all raids on the calendar, letting recruiter know specifics we are looking for - organizing and running of the raids.

Raid Mule - Usually not the Raid Leader, will carry some items needed for raid, flasks, banquet, potions, gems, enchant mats.

Master Looter - Not be the one running the raid - In charge of handing out loot according to Raid Rules.

Raid De'r - will DE items not need by anyone in the raid that is BOP and the mats will be put in the GBank.
